We organise The Restaurant Tour and related food and drink experiences in the United Kingdom.
These terms cover:
If we clearly state separate terms for a specific product, promotion, or campaign, those terms apply alongside these terms.
The information on our website is an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer from us.
When you complete checkout, you make an offer to buy the selected product or service. A contract is formed when we send you a booking confirmation by email or otherwise confirm acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where there is an obvious pricing error, no longer any availability, a payment problem, or reasonable concern about misuse or fraud.
Unless we clearly say otherwise, our prices include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made using one of the methods shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact, and payment information.
If a payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise not completed, we may suspend delivery of the relevant service or voucher until the issue has been resolved.
The Restaurant Tour and similar experiences may involve multiple participating restaurants, set time slots, and venue-specific arrangements.
You are responsible for:
Alcoholic drinks may only be served to participants who are legally old enough to receive them. Participating restaurants may refuse alcohol service where required by law or responsible service standards.
To run the event, we may share limited guest information with participating restaurants, such as the name on the booking, party size, dietary notes, and ticket check-in status.
You may cancel your booking up to Friday at 17:00 before the event day. If you cancel before that deadline, we will issue the full booking value as store credit that can be used for a future order.
After Friday at 17:00 before the event day, cancellations are no longer refundable and no compensation is due, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
This deadline exists because we provide final guest numbers to participating restaurants in advance so they can plan staffing, ingredients, and tables.
Any mandatory rights you have under consumer law remain unaffected.
We may make reasonable changes to an event where this is necessary for operational, safety, or quality reasons. This can include changes to timing, order of venues, participating restaurants, or comparable substitutions.
If we cancel an event entirely or cannot provide it as agreed, we may offer a rebooking, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Where non-performance is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, we are not liable beyond any remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Gift cards, vouchers, and store credit issued by us are valid for 2 years from the date of issue unless we clearly state a different validity period.
They are not redeemable for cash and can only be used for products and services offered by us.
Unless we clearly state otherwise:
If something goes wrong, please contact us at info@restauranttour.co.uk as soon as possible so we can investigate and help.
Where possible, please include your order number, the event date, and a short explanation of the issue.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, our liability is limited to losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for acts and omissions of participating restaurants except to the extent that such loss is caused by our own breach, negligence, or failure to take reasonable care in selecting or organising the event.
We process personal data in line with our Privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
Disputes may be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
