The story of Muse Brasserie is of two chefs from different parts of the world who were inspired by each other’s cooking to create something unique and distinct.
A native of Cachan, Paris, Franck Grillet found his cookery calling at an early age. His passion for cooking led him to work in many of the finest establishments in Paris and Bordeaux.
As an advocate of the Bistronomy revolution in the ’90s, Franck was always looking to create something rather than serve up what every restaurant was already doing. His travels eventually took him to India where he met Chef Pramod and their culinary journey began.
Decades later, the opportunity arose and MUSE became the perfect showcase for those ideas and talent.
The philosophy behind MUSE is simple, every guest should leave with their expectations exceeded. Not an easy task, but something that every team member is committed to.
Whether or not a guest realises the details behind every dish, the décor or even the artwork on the menus, the standards to which MUSE is based on signifies why its regarded as the highest-rated restaurant in Cheltenham.

Stephen and Juliette Wall opened Pho after they travelled to Vietnam and fell in love with the food.
In 2005, they made the decision to start a restaurant serving phở while sat on high stools, slurping pho bo, in Ho Chi Minh City.
All these years later, Pho is a group of restaurants dotted around the country, serving great value, healthy Vietnamese food that's cooked fresh in each kitchen daily.

Really novel idea! Each restaurant was warm and welcoming. The chosen establishments were good quality and staff were really nice. The dish and the drinks were good quality and well thought out. A really fun afternoon and fantastic value.
Nottingham
Concept is brilliant, allowing participants to visit 6 restaurants in the city. My friend and I attended and thoroughly enjoyed our home town Nottingham. The food was plentiful accompanied by a drink at each restaurant. Good value for money - recommend this to couples, families and friends. Make that special occasion more memorable. Our visit included Vi-Va, Delilah, Peter Pizzeria, Coco Tangs, Baresca and Bohens (in that order).
Liverpool
All enthusiastic entrepreneurs with a passion for wine and food! It's nice to give as a gift and it's really fun. The service at 1 restaurant was not quite great, so that was a bit of a shame, but the other 5 were perfect.
Liverpool
We had a great afternoon, the restaurants were a great mix & everyone was charming. We even spoke to other participants & they were having a great time too.
Liverpool
My partner and I booked on to the Castle street restaurant tour in Liverpool and it was possibly our favourite date we have ever been on! It was well organised, good value for money and a great opportunity to try new restaurants around our city which we have since visited regularly. I would definitely like to try one of the other tours.

Experiencing the light bites and accompanying drinks at each restaurant was enjoyable, we visited places we didn’t know of until that day. The route was well planned and although we knew a lot of people were taking part that day, it did not feel busy or at all rushed as the starting routes varied. We went with friends and had a great day. Would recommend.

We've done 2 of the tours and both times had the best time. Enjoyed restaurants that we never even knew were there and tries some delicious food. The staff everywhere have been fun, friendly and welcoming. I've recommended the restaurants tours to many of my friends. Can't wait to book to do another one
Bristol
It was a lovely day and whilst we were a little apprehensive of 6 restaurants in 6 hours we managed it very comfortably. The establishments were all in close proximity for walking - the longest being 5/6 minute walk. All the food was well presented and very tasty and the wine/drinks pairing worked well. Every establishment had lovely welcoming staff. We have visited more than 3 of the extablishments since then.

Great food, wine and service at all restaurants, not rushed. One of the greatest pleasures to eat, drink and converse with a good friend .
