Tickets can only be purchased in advance on this site. Ticket sales close Friday at 10 PM. Date changes and cancellations close at 4 PM two days before the tour starts. After payment, you can find your ticket in our free app.
1After purchase, your account and our app show 1. Your ticket 2. Your allergies and dietary notes 3. The restaurants Your 'route' is the order in which you visit the restaurants. You can add or change dietary notes and change your route until Friday at 10 PM.
2The Tour starts at noon. Present your ticket and enjoy your meal. Once done, no need to wait for anyone: you can proceed to the next restaurant. At each stop, show your ticket, relish the dish and drink, and then continue to the next. The kitchens close at 5pm.

The cost of The Restaurant Tour is £79-£99 per person, depending on location. This includes six dishes, each paired with a suitable wine (or occasionally an alternative beverage). These will be served across six unique restaurants during the tour. Plus, you'll have access to the "Restaurant Tour" app.
No, The Restaurant Tour is self-guided. The complimentary app provides a list of all the restaurants you'll visit, presented in the correct sequence.
Once you've made your purchase, your ticket is automatically linked to your email address. Simply log into our app using that email, and your ticket will be available there.
After ordering, you can add or change allergies and dietary notes per person from your account or the app until Friday at 10 PM. If something is not listed, email us at info@restauranttour.co.uk.
Yes, but it depends on the route's capacity. You can choose a route when you buy the ticket, or adjust it afterward in the app until Friday at 10 PM.
You may cancel all or some tickets without charge until 4 PM two days before the tour starts. For Sunday tours, that means Friday at 4 PM. We return the value of the cancelled tickets to the original payment method. After the deadline, contact support. We review exceptions case by case.

My partner and I booked on to the Castle street restaurant tour in Liverpool and it was possibly our favourite date we have ever been on! It was well organised, good value for money and a great opportunity to try new restaurants around our city which we have since visited regularly. I would definitely like to try one of the other tours.

Experiencing the light bites and accompanying drinks at each restaurant was enjoyable, we visited places we didn’t know of until that day. The route was well planned and although we knew a lot of people were taking part that day, it did not feel busy or at all rushed as the starting routes varied. We went with friends and had a great day. Would recommend.

Very nice to do on a Sunday afternoon. Nice to get to know new restaurants. All participants did their very best to serve us delicious dishes. All dishes were tasty and particularly innovative.

It was a lovely day and whilst we were a little apprehensive of 6 restaurants in 6 hours we managed it very comfortably. The establishments were all in close proximity for walking - the longest being 5/6 minute walk. All the food was well presented and very tasty and the wine/drinks pairing worked well. Every establishment had lovely welcoming staff. We have visited more than 3 of the extablishments since then.

My husband and I went in the Glasgow Merchant City Restaurant Tour. At each restaurant the food was wonderful and we got drink for each course too. We could tour as quickly or as slowly as we wanted and we had plenty of time to visit all restaurants. We definitely plan to go on another tour and will know it is so good to buy as a gift! I have recommended this tour to friends and colleagues who have also taken the opportunity to go on a food tour!

The food was plentiful accompanied by a drink at each restaurant. Good value for money - recommend this to couples, families and friends. Make that special occasion more memorable. Our visit included Vi-Va, Delilah, Peter Pizzeria, Coco Tangs, Baresca and Bohens (in that order).

We had a great day. Every restaurant was very friendly and very well organised. Just trying a sample of their delicious meals is enough to make us want to visit them again. The variety in the dishes was brilliant, from Indian tapas, sliders, Spanish, Vietnamese, pizza and cheese & crackers, we had it all, together with the lovely drink accompaniments. Would highly recommend to anyone, great value for money.
