A new restaurant, Margo, is set to open in September at 68 Miller Street in Glasgow, from the renowned Scottish restaurant group, Scoop, known for Ox and Finch and Ka Pao. Glasgow native Robin Aitken, an experienced chef within the group, will lead the kitchen, offering a menu of snacks, small plates, and sharing dishes, with a focus on seasonal Scottish produce. 1Once your ticket is secured and you're logged into our app, you can view your ticket details, allergy preferences, and ‘route’. Your 'route' determines the restaurant sequence. Adjust allergy preferences and route up to Friday evening before the event.
2The Tour starts at noon. Present your ticket and enjoy your meal. Once done, no need to wait for anyone: you can proceed to the next restaurant. At each stop, show your ticket, relish the dish and drink, and then continue to the next. The kitchens close at 5pm.
