Guestlist as an alternative for scanning
If scanning isn’t an option, you can use the guest list. If the guest is on this list you can assume they have a valid ticket.
- Tap the event card
- Tap "Guestlist" in the menu to view the list of all visitors with a valid ticket
- Use the search bar on top of the screen to look for a visitor by name or order number.
- Use the three dots next to a visitor's entry to manually mark the ticket as scanned.
This is a useful backup method when scanning fails or if a visitor forgets their ticket.
