Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 5:00 pm on the Friday before your scheduled Restaurant Tour.
Here is how it works: To request a cancellation or a date change, please email us at info@restauranttour.co.uk and provide either your order number (a # followed by a 6-digit number found in your booking confirmation email) or the email address associated with the order.
Full or partial cancellations: You can cancel your entire booking or just part of it (for example, if one person in a group of four can no longer attend). We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Changing the date: If you prefer to move your ticket to a different event, we will cancel your current booking and send you a coupon worth the full value of your purchase so you can rebook a new date yourself.
Processing time: Approved refunds typically take 5 to 10 working days to appear back in your account.
Please note: Because our restaurants order fresh ingredients and prepare their kitchens based on exact guest numbers, we are strictly unable to process any cancellations, refunds, or date changes after the Friday 5:00 pm deadline.
