Yes. You can reschedule your booking up to 5:00 pm on the Friday before your Restaurant Tour.
Here is how it works:
To change your tour date, please email us at info@restauranttour.co.uk and provide either your order number (a # followed by a 6-digit number found in your booking confirmation email) or the email address associated with the order.
We will cancel your current booking and send you a coupon worth the full value of your purchase. You can then use this coupon to book a new date yourself directly via our website or app.
Please note: Because our restaurants prepare their kitchens and ingredients based on exact guest numbers, we are unable to process any date changes or credit exchanges after the Friday 5:00 pm deadline.
