What is on the menu?

Is it set? Do I get a choice?

At each restaurant, you're served one dish and a pairing to match, chosen by the restaurant. A smaller, curated portion made to introduce you to their style and flavours.

Here's the part people love, or take a moment to get used to: you don't choose, and that's part of the experience.

Usually the dish is paired with a small glass of wine (or non-alcoholic alternative), but occasionally the restaurant serves a beer or cocktail.

Very rarely, we have participating restaurants that are dry bars and do not serve alcohol at all. In these cases, you will be offered a carefully selected non-alcoholic alternative.

What the restaurants will be serving exactly is a surprise. But, if you have any dietary requirements, you can add them to your ticket after booking, through your account or the app, and the restaurant will prepare a dish for you.

Why don't I get to choose?

Because there's always more to discover than what's familiar – more places, more flavours, more of your city than you've experienced so far. Each restaurant chooses a dish that represents them, while we shape the overall experience so it feels balanced, thoughtful, and cohesive from start to finish.

It's the Omakase* mindset, applied to a city: you trust the curators, you trust the kitchens, you trust the people you came with. Then you sit down and let the afternoon unfold.

Omakase - a Japanese approach that translates to "I'll leave it up to you." It's about surrendering control, trusting the people who know, and letting go of the decision-making.
