Can I participate with an allergy or dietary requirement?

Yes, we'll make sure you're looked after.

Because the dishes are set in advance, each kitchen prepares for exactly who's walking through the door. That's part of what makes the afternoon run beautifully, but it also means we ask you to only flag genuine allergies or dietary requirements, not preferences, so the restaurants can get it right for everyone.

How to add your requirements
After booking, add them through your account or the app

In the app:

  • Tap Details on your ticket. Choose from the list.

Online:

  • After purchasing, you can submit your allergies from the confirmation page by selecting "Submit Dietary Notes". Alternatively, go to your profile, select your tickets, and click "Change Dietary Notes".

We cater to the 14 standard UK allergens and share these with every restaurant on your route. Each restaurant will have a suitable dish and drink ready for you

Vegetarian or pregnant?

Add it the same way. Every restaurant will have an option for you.

Something not on the list?

If your allergy or requirement isn't listed, email us after booking your ticket at info@restauranttour.co.uk and we can input your allergy manually. Please only submit allergies and dietary requirements, not preferences.

The deadline

You can add or update your requirements until 5pm the Friday before your event. After that, the kitchens are already deep in prep, so we're no longer able to make changes.
