We use e-tickets exclusively, which are stored securely inside the free Restaurant Tour app.
To view your tickets after booking:
Download the app:
Log in: Use the same email address and password you used when purchasing on our website. (If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it, here).
Access your ticket: Tap the 'Tickets' tab at the bottom left of your screen.
Booking for a group? Only one ticket is issued per order. Even if you have booked for multiple people, you will only receive and need a single ticket for your entire group to show up together.
